do you mean you want to save your pictures, videos and recordings on to your memory card instead of your phone?
if yes, you can use the setup menu option to set this to the location you like.
eg: if you want to save your videos to memory card, switch on the camera in video mode --> tap on the lower left menu --> tap on setup --> tap on the camera icon --> change the "save to:" location.
    you are done.

Since nobody is helping me out im doing it on my own it took some time to understand certain things and here it is
    extract both the files
    INSTALL THE LINKSYS.PKG
    and goto

    /mmc/mmca1/.System/QTDownload/Linksys/
and replace the syslink.lin with the one provided and you r done.

Before running the app create the following folders in the root of the memory card

    A-My_Images
    A-MyMusic
    A-MyVideo
    A-MyDocs

and place the contents correspondingly in it.........

run the app and open my images under file manager ull see it.....

TO DISABLE EVERYTHING RUN THE APP AGAIN

THIS IS VERY USEFULL FOR ME I DONT HAVE TO GO INTO MMC ALL THE TIME AND I CAN MAKE USE OF THE FIRST 4 LINKS IN THE FILE MANAGER

PLEASE SEE POST 12 (SAME THREAD)

--p.s I DONT TAKE CREDIT FOR THE LINKSYS.PKG IT WAS CREATED BY SOMEONE ELSE .. I JUST EDITED IT ACCORDING TO MY NEEDS

Hey its working great.. thanks, it looks so simple, still no one thought about it until you.

The naming you have provided its pretty different and difficult like starting with -A. i had to edit the .lin file to change that. i know you like it that way, but won't it be simple if you just gave simple names.

The other thing is , why is The folder called MMC created in the linked folder. like if we just click the folder, it should open corresponding folder in MMC. Can't we make it that way. Since it can save one more step. i tried changed lin file for perticular entry like this,

    ln -s /mmc/mmca1/MyImages /ezxlocal/download/mystuff/MyImages

But still shows MyImages folder when i click on phone shortcut.

    mount --bind /mmc/mmca1/FolderName /ezxlocal/download/mystuff/MyImages
with this cmd you can mount a folder on any other (empty) folder in your phone. It's used by linksys, mysysten and other apps..
