Can anyone help me out ? i tried these steps multiple times, everytime i get same error

I followed these steps multiple times, but everytime i do this and restart MGmaps, i get an exception
"Because the application ran out of memory,it has unexpectedly quit...."
This happens after i change the registry.txt (i used wordpad on xp as mentioned
my registry entry is given below.. please help me out
