theme installation

my rokr need themes in .tar.gz format do anyone know where i get that? pls help me

I never heard of .tar themes or .gz your the only one?My a1200 an the rockr e6 use the same type of themes .pskn .lin or .mtf never .tar if im not mistaken your looking for the wrong thing.

But i already installed 4 of them in my mobile. it also can be installed witout restarting the phone actually theme format is ".tar.gz"

okay, I am still trying to flash my phone for the first time. I use flash and backup 3 and it does not recognize my phone, shows no phone connected, also when I select the firmware file LP_Asmotoe2_1221_DAG, the program acts like that firmware is not recognized, maybe the wrong file extension???

Advice would be so much appreciated. I am very patient and will try anything and willing to read --just point me in the right direction.. Thanks!

ok.Rfiser, i'm also facing the same problem with my E6.. its not getting connected any PC.
so if u get any soluions, please forward it.
i'm using a card-reader to install any files to my PC.

The Theme installer(.pkg its a pkg application for installing themes without restarting ) uses the .tar.gz extention files for theme installation it consists of a .pskn file 1.skn 2.iconex.ezx 3wallpaper.jpg files u can make it urself

Please be aware that using the theme installer may clutter up your phone memory as it does not overwirte your previous theme everytime you install a new theme. This may cause your phone to hang.
