bluetooth not working

Yesterday i've transfered successfully some mp3's and after a couple of hours i wanted to transfer one more song... It apeared the "Sending" message but the other phone didn't receive anything and after a while it said "send failed". If somewone else tries to send to me some file, in the bluetooth menu in front of the name (over the blue phone icon) apears some small green dots but i'm not receiving anything...
Does anybody know what's the problem? It happened 2 weeks ago for the first time but it recovered after rebooting. Now even if i reboot, eject the tf card, remove the battery, clean all installed apps still doesn't work..
Any ideas? I'm thinking about reflashing but first i want to know your opinions. Maybe there is another way.





Edit:
After a second deleting of the ".system" folder the problem was solved but I still don't understand what's the problem.
(firmware: unicode 08P, card: 2gb)
