I'm stuck on steps 13 & 14. I've done all the steps up to there as directed, a couple different ways and again as directed.
When I input "ipconfig", the 192.168.16.1 is listed as an IPv4 address. Step 13 is just stating why you use the number 192.168.16.2 ,right? But when I type in "telnet 192.168.16.2" (Step 14) it says that " 'telnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. "
Any thoughts?
Nevermind, I'm in. Just went on IE and inputted "\\192.168.16.2\system" and there it was.![]()
Could someone post interuction for Linux users?
I have FW 11.81.07P with USB Mode : USB Net

Because I found it annoying to keep tnlg in /mmc/mmca1/sbin/tnlg, and even more annoying to tap on it, open with... usbnet, I created faster and better way. It required some hex editing to in.telnetd source, but well ...

- download, install, connect your phone, tap on 'motnet' in menu and done, you can now telnet to it/explore through samba. Later I'll add ftpd to this package, I think it's even better than samba to upload files.
