MPT not detecting phone

Hi everyone,

I am new and really don't have much idea about this. But my phone is not detected in the PC even with Motorola Phone Tools. I wanted to flash and hence wanted to take a backup of my contact numbers. Need your help. Thanks in advance.

1) try to restart your phone and connect again thru usb cable

2) if still not working, u may needs a new motorola usb driver

after install latest motorola usb driver, restart pc windows , connect again thru usb cable

3) if still not working, u may needs a new motorola phone tools v4.5.1c
