Q: How to mov lin ldr, mpkg from ALL folder to user1 folder

Hello,

please guide me to move the yellow smiley icon of Lin loader, MPKG icon and icon of crossed swords with chinese script ( installed alonwith MPKG) from ALL folder to user1 or USER2 folders in rokr e6.

The fact is that you can change the categories of the applications in the menu, but they will still all show up when you select 'all'......

It would have been a lot better if we could organize them into folders like in Symbian.....

Nah, I prefer it this way, not the Symbian way. The only thing I sorely miss is any type of 'Sorting' on these apps, the manual way('Change Order') is too tedious especially when you've installed a lot.

Even if you change the order, once you connect the phone as usb storage device and remove it, all the applications that are stored in the memory card take a random order..

If you restart the phone they're back in te order you placed them in.

thank you for your replies. But my request is how to hide or protect the MPKG folder by any one who has access to my phone and accidently clicks on MPKG icon by just thinking that, it may be a game. As per the threads here, it's been suggested not to execute MPKG directly. So i want to hide or move them to user1 or user2 folders from ALL folder. Please reply

nothing will happen if u click mpkg accidently...
the thing bout not executing mpkg directly is not a warning, its just a statement saying it wont open that way...
so dont bother bout it...ull only get a dialog box if u click on it directly...check it out...ull see that u can set it to uninstall mode, or view a help pop up

I like the symbian way at least for the fact that you can create extra folders..

Please could someone think of a way to create extra categories???

I wanted to change the category from "Games" to User1... any ideas?
