Create my own skin for E6?

I want to make my own skins for my E6. Any software/app for this? Searched for it but couldn't find a download link or anything. Many are available for other motos but what for E6?

you will need to create icons in .png or .gif format and the resolution would be 68x43
for applications.

you can use EZXCODEC to extract iconres.ezx to look at other icons too and create a new for the existing ones
