Koing, tell them to open the phone and check it for fungus, in bangalore even if the outer sticker is red and theres no fungus formation inside the warranty is accepted.
I just wanted to know one thing. How efficient is the white circle just above the battery? It is supposed to be a water indicator. So just wanted to know what are the limits it can detect.
Cos the moto service centre fucks are bastards.they say my warranty is void. all that happened was that a drop of water happened to fall on my phone when i had opened it up this mornin...i dont think they can call it "waterlogged" and void it...![]()
iv already filed a complaint but dont think anything will materialize...
[edit]: just wanted to let out a bit of steam inside....mods can delete this if the language is inappropriate or the topic irrelevant

i dont think fungus can develop inside within a day...all i had was a problem with the speaker...anyways ill see what i can do...probably get some goonda brothers of mine to storm the place... lmao....![]()
Hey Konig,
You'll be surprised how fast fungus can develop on these boards. Is the white sticker inside red too? If so, thats a problem, that means you've well and truly got your phone drenched. If required I'll try to get you the head of CS South India, I suppose Mumbai comes in the SOuth India division contact info, that is if the inner sticker is white. Any probs with the phone? Hope you removed the battery immediately and dried out the phone.
Regards,
Akshay

Konig,
Theres another indicator inside the phone, on the board. Thats the "killer" one, lol.
You've had totaly bad luck there, at the Bangalore CS, theres like 3-4 E6 coming in everyday, tototally drenched, just good as paper weights, I nowadays dont leave home without a plastic cover for the phone.
Hope your problem gets sorted out, else give me a pm, lets see if my friends from the CS here can do something.

Akshay
