Installing a new THEME/SKIN very SAFELY!

Hi,
this is indeed the one topic I've been totally puzzled about and have kept on reading tons of threads to just find different opinions, methods, problems...

The questions are simple:
1) How do you install a new skin safely without the fear of having to reflash or anything such as running out of memory?
2) Where do you download these skins? I want the iphone theme say workin on my cell. I'm looking for skin downloads which will work in the method suggested in the answer of question no. 1
3) How do I revert back to my original skin, wiz is the one that came with my cell?

Precise answers to these three questions should do wonders for everyone who visits this forum.
So someone with a lot of experience, please take the time to reply

Please do not give links to other threads which just gives half the information. Also, PLEASE try to give the download links or upload the version of the required softwares which have successfully worked for you.

if so.. where can i get the iphone theme with that extension??

Just download the iPhone skin in the moto skins forums, the file is there

but ive to use linloader for that... and then moving to the next skin causes a freeze or some crash due to which i might have to flash my phone.

and also for a try, could u pls link me to the latest version of d iphone theme??

I'd advice you to search for it in the Moto Skins forum. I'm not that much into the iPhone theming anymore, so I don't know.

The eakrin's blog link I gave you is much better than Linlaoder
