Installing skin for e6

Having trouble installing a theme on my phone. I went step by step . After i ran the pskn with skin installer i restarted my phone and alittle things changed after. So i ran the Iphone.lin file with linloader , as alpha said it should take up to 10 secconds to finish installation. No bells rang , i followed every instruction. Little confused and frustrating. Any help?

When i did it, only some things changed like the number dials / bar / and scroll bar. and when i try to install the lin file with loader nothing happens? can anyone help?

when ran the Iphone.lin file with linloader no bell rang but then when i restarted the phone everythin had changed...
