I believe, MPT Version 5 have bug. In the earlier version, my phone was deducting in MPT, now after upgrading to 5 version. My phone is not getting deducted.

Please try connecting the phone through bluetooth. It worked for me.

I have recently updated to the 22p official firmware that i dowloaded via motorolfans and still i am unable to get my phone detected with my phone tools. the MPT is upadted to the latest.

Any solution to this?

Make another user account with Admin rights and install MPT in this account and try........

first of all uninstall all componands
then first install mpt any version
then restart pc now turn your cell modem then connect phone it will install driver then again restart pc now connect phone and after 5 min. open mpt it will detected any quetion then ask me ok?

when my phone is not detected/ not recognized by MPT, i did master reset & mater clear the phone, then its work and connected..

guyz..... I got mine is MPT 5.2.7 and planted well on ma PC and it's workin so good. when it started to be humbled and won't recognized by ma phone, I just restart the phone for once again and it's done. just like that? yea, just like that
