Moving Music

Hey again guys, quick question... When my buddy tries to move music, to their memory stick, (with file transfer program) to their phone they recieve the msg "Request Denied by phone (Forbidden(0x43))". They told me that the file type that they are trying to move are mpegs, would they need to be using mp3's for this to work?

Just found out this same problem occurs when they try to moce pictures to their memory stick as well.

have you protected your card with a password ?

try to unistall and install the program again it can be that something went wrong with the installation..
had the same problem

maybe the card is just locked .
check the lever on the side of the memory card .
