Im not sure on an individual folder... but you can password protect your entire memory card (Wich has your music, pics, vids, ect.. on it)

Got to your memory card in File Manager, Press the bottom left menu button, select "More" , then go to properties, then scroll down, there you can add a password

i dont find that option in my phone. I have a normal sandisk sd card 2 gigs.i had that option when i used the default 1gb micro sd card with adapter.
