In Short for Universal MP/Firmware you need...
1. All Default Application Should be Updated...
2. Additionally a) Latest MCleaner b) Barcode Reader c) SkinAsst [Not too much Application]
3. Voice Recognition [Should be mapped with Bluetooth Headset Key instead of HardKey]
4. SMS on Call Reject
5. All Language Pack

If you go for this... then this will surely become a Master/Universal Firmware which consist of Business as well as Multimedia Features...
