dude it is normal in 22p firmware if u want to avoid the yellow exclamations then install pkg applications by renaming them as .mpkg

brother y dont u use the latest smartasst and latest instheme from nta v4.use my mpkg.sh or edit ur mpkg.sh file in smartasst.check for directory entry there delete $mpkg_path/ part.its done no yellow mark then,else remove smartasst and instheme.we will install by our self.also check bluetooth is on by default.solve earset problem,and what is engineering mode explain a bit
