i checked buddy and earset buttons are working fine.....try pressing the button for 3-4 sec while receiving or ending the call..

sorry to inform you i pressed earset button for around 10-15 secs but of no help,then i tried with mrinal's v3,in just single press i was able to recieve call.dont know y problem is happenning.my earphone is perfectly all right.kindly help

I got a lot of pkg applications installed by smartasst before, reinstalling all of them will take a lot of time considering I will have to redownload all pkg setup file cos I don't keep them

Is there another solution for the yellow exclamation marks?

i think my pc just required restart ....
and the usb net connect problem was solved

i can't solve this issue....if this issue occurs in my e6 then only i can solve this....but in mine its working perfectly by pressing button for 3 sec...

no problem bro,features of ur firmware is too heavy for this small issue,i will manage even without recieving calls through earset button.one thing could u clarify,we have to hold the earset button pressed for 3-4 secs or we have to repeatedly press it for 3-4 secs.

review of nik's black pearl
1. all function working perfect as stated in the first post.
2. mpkg files installs easily just by clicking on them.no need of any other pkg installer so far,just rename .pkg file to .mpkg place in the root of memory card and install like java files.
3. fox alarm works awesome with all features working correctly in it,like time speaking,auto power on,auto power off,auto profile changer,auto antenna switch on-off,didn't know how to run applications through fox alarm.
4. sound and picture quality awesome.
5. nothing to say about gprs speed,i think its best in all available firmwares
6. when anyone have to use "insert a new drawing" option in composing mms,kindly switch the photo editor to E6 default.
7. updated opera works very good without any previous bug.
8. speed is very good compared to previous firmware,and also very stable.
9. videos play smoothly without any lag
10. Unfortunately i am not able to recieve calls through earset button,kindly anybody confirms it,is this problem is only in my E6 or anybody else facing the same problem.
11. usbnet working fine,just type \\192.168.16.2\system in windows explorer after putting phone is usbnet mode.
12. screen 3 working fine in my cell with default setting(set to "others").
13. didn't figure out the system sound option in nik's expansion set.as i have already selected all sound off in my ringer style like touch screen sound,keypad sound.
14. no problem with autorun script.it works very well.
15. Finger pad working great with option to change the skin and order of numberes and characters.after flashing restart the phone then only fingerpad will appear,them master clear again restart again master reset again restart and you are done.
16. Last but not the least Nikhil you rock man... we all are very greatfull to you for sharing this awesome firmware with us.

Till now it has no bug except the earset button bug,which is occuring in my E6,as told by nik he has no problem in recieving calls through earset button.don't know is there anybody else who is facing problem in recieving calls through earset button
Kindly everyone share your experiances with this firmware.I will recommend everyone to use this firmaware.

thanks alot for this nice review....i need this buddy really.....for earset button press the button continuously for 3-4 seconds......but i want to clear something in this review....

6.you do not have to switch back to the e6 editor while creating new drawing object....it will call the e6 editor only.

13.system sounds are that sound which you heard while connecting to charger or usb mode...that sound can be mute or unmute anytime after you successfully master clear and master reset the phone.
