questions about modding??

i want to modifile the 08p genric
-how to extarct arabic (right to left ) libraries from this firmware [ http://wap.motorolafans.com/forums/e6-firmware/23172-22p-20r-right-left-arabic-working.html ]and put it in 08p
- add mpkg hack by fox
- run multiple java application at the same time
-add fingerpad and startup1.txt support
- real player libraries from a1600

i hope any one have an idea to help me to put it here
