hey ppl i m new to all of this.i have decided ti flash my phone with this f/w one thing i wish to know is tht can i change the theme n skins on this f/w and by using which software and how to do it.cud plz help me wid the same.

i m tired of using the 10p f/w its useless and has the same old 3 color schemes so plz help me

hey just flashed my phone to this f/w.its awesome
but i have a few questions
1)the autorun folder u mentioned nikhil there are no files in it.is it that if i put my stuff like my own font or skin etc it will adapt to it?


2)whats the use of the voice recognition feature?

3) n how do i change the themes and skins on this phone do i need lin loader and that mpkg software??

4) theres some canton icon in the menu whats that?

in all love the f/w but plz answer the above questions as i have flased my phone the first time and am new to all this stuff

Answers:

1.Just put stuff into it.It will adapt itself.For example to change the default startup animation put 2 animation files named on.gif and off.gif in the autorun folder and restart your phone.You will soon see the changes.

2.Press the bottom corner right button on your keypad and the VRS function gets activated.Now say a name from your contact list and seee if the VRS identifies it.If yes..you can send a msg to the contact or call it.Similarly you can open home screen, modem,bluetooth, by saying respective commands.

4.Cantonese icon is of no use if you speak english or any other language.It is useful only for cantonese speaking people.
