No conflict with motorola phone tools.
Fully charge your battery.
You have all the requisite s/w.
Backup everything using moto phone tools.
I suggest use RSd lite 3.6 because the latest versions may have a virus at hand.Never the mind use 4.2 and if flashing fails use 3.6.

hi motomaster, what about with RSD lite 4.3 is any virus there? because i'am always use RSD Lite 4.3 for flashing my phone. guide me please!! i'am nube here!

Sorry bro..i was not well.

Well i have flashed my phone many times both using RSD lite 4.3 and 3.6 but what i have come to observe is that 4.3 showed me flashing failed several times but when i use 3.6 to flash it , it always said pass.Also if you have a good antivirus installed on your pc , the first message you will get on bootup is that ''Virus found'': RSDL updater.exe .This application is embedded only in versions higher than 3.6.

So i suggest you to use 3.6

Install an antivirus and check , cross check at workingman's f/w installation guide lines.

Nah mate, i dont like any anti virus. In case of infections I only use programs to get rid of them, and then uninstall these programs too.
I prefer to download safe, from verified sources.
Back on topic, the virus warning is just because the program tries to auto update. This is not needed, so you can use 3.8 or 3.9 safely (tested on XP with Zone Alarm and AVG 8 months ago)
