I don't know if its the firmware, but I have two E6s. One I bought new, and one I got used on eBay and use to "test stuff". That one has your FW, the other one I got new has an original .02P generic FW. Both phones have the overclock and memory swap apps.

Though it seems that the phone with your FW, plays Emulators way better than the other one. I haven't even used my Overclocking or memory swap, because the game dosen't lag. I've been meaning to check them side by side using "system info" to check processing speeds.
I haven't found any bugs yet, so far so good
