SO can someone confrim that Original not moded firmware is CHINA MOBILE BRANDED or it's genereic?

It is China Mobile Branded i flashed it and checked.

Thank you very much ArcherIV for testing the firmware. I will have to see if this exclamation mark is evident in the original firmware too.

Syed - I uploaded the original firmware the same time I put up the spanish firmware. Please check the original post. It is CMCC branded and unlocked.

dragonslayerz - There are no problems except the exclamation mark which might be apparant in the original firmware also. I will have to check.

First of Thanks for this firmware. i flashed the original firmware before the modded on and there is no exclamation mark in the original software it shows the "E" properly. Apart from that ur modded firmware works like a charm. Thanks again.

Which ! are you talking abt . The E which is shown on the start up page has the ! mark (EGPRS) . But in the menu after installing MPKG the ! mark on the MPKG icon which was there in the china mobile brannded firmware is gone.

two things...its missing barcode reader and Music ID! is there anyway to download these as jar files?

no, the original firmware that is not modded comes with a barcode
but no music id but if u want music id i suggest u download this firmware
this one is a russian firmware it contains english language which u can change in the setup but this is a very nice firmware.

this firmware when u download in the link i provide is not a branded firmware
actually it is generic it has a really nice start up screen you,ll see what i am talking about. but if u want barcode there is a way u can download , but i dont think u can download music id which the russian firmware has.
for barcode u can search in this forum and you'll find it.
