Have you manually selected Never Ask.
i.e. After hacking through java hacker you have to manually select never ask, by tap & hold- manage- permission- select never ask for each one then ok.

friends the only working version of ucweb is 6.0 and u should hack it manually using xptool and set permission manually to never ask.
