Hey are you trying to put too many large images in the folder?
Moreover ,do not select the directory using touchscreen use the key pad and press the center joystick button to select.
Also, make sure that the slide height ans slide width in the setup menu is set to 150*150 and jump slides to 10.

@nodramachicks: You seem to be making the same mistake as Loop. "Dont enter" the directory which you want to select, just highlight it (by scrolling to its name) and then click on set directory. I will fix this problem/inconvenience in the next version
@AshishKumar: Have you set the directory?. If yes, check if you are having the same problem as nodramachicks. You dont need swap unless your phone is halting completely.
yes once you do that it works great!its fast and I can't wait to show off the app to everyone, thanks for all the work on this!![]()
Thanks alot for your help Motomaster and khizerk and sXe i will surely try it again![]()

hey nice application dude
Hi khizerk
Thanks a lot for this wonderful application.
I would like to make a few suggestions though
1) Can we have keys mapped for "Exit" and "Zoom" option rather then having it written on to the screen ?
That might make the ui look more clean
2) Can we have one click folder select and change ? (key mapped again)
3) Can we have some multithread loading process that can speedup the display process ?
Example : We can read 25 % of images and display while keep loading rest in the background ?
(sorry for my bad english)
Hope to hear from u on there
Thanks
Bikas
1. Zoom key is already there, I'll try to give a key for zoom/back and remove the onscreen buttons
2. Ok, I think I know what you mean
3. The app is already using multithreading but in a different way
The thing you are talking about is implemented in photoflow (the full application of pictureflow by ariya hidayat). But somewhy there was a bug of repetition of pictures in the version I ported, and it was a little slow. So I dropped it.
I am currently working on putting in a thumbnail cache in pictureflow, so it will cache all images in a folder (and store it in a folder). So the long process will only need to be followed only the first time and when the contents of the directory are changed.
Maybe if I ever get time I'll try to implement all the features of pictureflow to photoflow but its very unlikely...
