USB net is usually included in various f/w's in the "setup>usb mode" for the ease of telnetting into the phone.

It saves you the trouble of starting a samba session , linux session,logging on server ,etc or in short manually telnetting your phone by simple putting your phone into telnet mode which you can access by viewing your network connections on pc.

It allows you to to browse your phone files and also the mmc.

Let me correct that a bit.
Before USBnet mode, users had to manually exit from modem mode using the usbnet package. The usbnet mode simply cuts the manual process of clicking on a file (tlng) while in modem mode that puts u in telnet mode.
USBnet mode still involves that you telnet via a cmd prompt, and an optional samba session for exploring files in Windows

Create fake internet profile using e6's ip.
Install ''fake dsm'' application on phone.
Install opera mini on phone.
Install ccproxy for windows(or say your OS).
Connect phone through usb in ''usb net ''mode.
Change all ports to 8080 in ccproxy.

Run ccproxy>fake dsm>opera mini. together.

Done.

I'm sorry to say, I looked into your video, clarity was not so good buddy, I can see only you are doing something, it's blurry and the video is very fast. Have you played the video after shooting ?

Any feedback is appreciated. BTW I hated the vid too, specially since it was taken through an N95. My E6 has given me much better vids on youtube
And about the fast thing, I'm usually fast in most things, except where I have to be slow
