Well i installed rockbox on my phone but when i try to open it, Nothing happens. I click it, and the screen goes black like its going to load and then back to my main application screen. Did i do something wrong here? I installed eXMMS perfectly and that works. What do i have to do to get Rockbox to work so i can get doom??
I think my problem is that i did nothing to " qtproxy2system.lin "
I read something about this but i dont remember what. Do i need to install or do anything with that file to get it to work????Last edited by swp4lfe; 10-13-2007 at 07:23 PM.

me facing the same problem..
a blank screen comes up for a second and nothing happens after that..
EDIT: My mistake.. copied rockbox folder which contains "rockbox" and "system" directly to SD card..
now copied "rockbox" and "system" directly to SD card and things worked..Last edited by mitesh_saini; 10-13-2007 at 08:11 PM.

How do u set it up???? I installed mpkg and then i put the rockbox to my sd card and then i installed the rokre6.pkg and i heard the noise. Restarted my phone and then i click rockbox and the screen goes black and then back to main screen. I dont know what im doing wrong.

I hv 2 store system n rockbox in root folder of d memory card??

im still having the same problem like katariaravi. I put rockbox in my memory card like im suppose. I put DOOM in the apach folder as told and the rockbox loads...flashes..and disapears.
Does anyone know why? Did this happen to anyone else and then they resolved it?? Come on people. Some help is better then none.

Exmms should be installed in SD/.system/QTDownLoad/exmms, copy the contents of the folder rockbox that I have uploaded i.e rockbox and system to the SD and then install the E6pkg and run it
