I forgot to mention that uninstall all previous versions of the software, otherwise it wont work.
The app will unhide it. but for your info '.' in front of a folder will hide it

Just tried it and it works! I only tried qhide, though and have not tried putting an incorrect password... Sorry, still at work... Will give more results soon! Thanks!

Add note:

When I've hidden then personal folder on windows, ekonsle is not able to go to the directory. I'm qiute new, so bear with me. I tried: cd /mmc/mmca1/.personal and it does not go there! Cool! It's showing on dosbox, though... Personal folder appears when I unhide it on HPS as /mmc/mmca1/personal... So I guess you can still navigate to the folder if you have a dos prompt but not on ekonsole when you've hidden the file both on windows and linux... Well, it's only important to hide the folder on my phone, so thanks a lot for this app!

If you use hide, then you cant acces it on a comp or your phone . It takes a while though, a 30MB file will take about 5 to 7 mins.
Im glad you liked the app, there are still a few bug, which ive ironed out in v1.5, a custom folder hide/unhide is also being made ready, stuck in 1 part of the script , due to the fact that notepad on the phone corrupts any file.

Thanks for the fast response! Anyways, I'm perfectly happy with the app right now, since I just transfer all the files needed to be hidden on the personal folder...

I definitely would be nice to have those updates you mentioned abotve, though it's not really critical for me right now... The v 1.4 is already more than enough...

Where in blazes do we download this app? I did not find any link to the .pkg file in this thread.

On searching for Hide Folder - I got to this link http://www.motorolafans.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=11819 which pointed me to .. this link..http://www.motorolafans.com/forums/v...ic.php?p=99628 which is a dud (404 error)
Search for HPF.pkg or HPF.mpkg brought 0 results...

I know it is somewhere out there since I did download and install a previous version of this very useful program..

Why not a better interface? Anyway its a nice program congrats and really thanks!

Sugestion 1 - Only ask password with you select an action (hide/unhide qhide...)
Sugestion 2 - Exit withou action button
Sugestion 3 - Dont change/Enter pass like in notepad... a better interface should increase a lot the program.
