cool apps. can't wait for the final release! there's a bug in importing an .xls file, it seems that numers entered in .xls file always changed to 0. overall, i like your app.

I noticed that saved files are with the extension OPS - not XLS....

But still - I would've never thought a spreadsheet app for our phone.... lovely!

hi all,

I also tested some xls file the application is not albe to handle large numbers i think simple xls with small numbers we can open i have checked that . but im using the same clases that are used in opie sheet . if any body is intrested i can upload the source.
if some developers want to see the debugging output just edit the opiesheetezx.sh in the QTDownload/opiesheetezx folder where you have installed the application.
just go to exec part in the file
it will be like
exec opie-sheetezx $2
just edit it & do
exec opie-sheetezx $2 > /diska/opiesheetlog.txt

so you will get all debugging info in that file and we can check what is the cause of application exiting if we load some xls file.
