Have found a bug in fbreader-0.7.4g first release. Open book, book info, and option dialog have only one action result, accepted! Option value changed even you click the cancel button I'll try to upload the bug fix as soon as posibble. Sorry...

I have an annoying bug in mine. The scroll bar doesn't appear, there's just a graphical glitch where it should be, and the same thing hapens if I try to go fullscreen, (the lower portion and the scroll bar area have the same graphical glitch). I'll upload screenshots later.

You need to disable rotation support in preferences and then restart FBReader. Rotation support not work properly and can raise segmentation fault.

Hey, what exactly happen! Now it's work, even cycle through all 4 directions (90, 180, 270, 360 degress). Unbelieveable and what exactly I have done?

    okay, that works, thanks blackhawk

but how did you get it able to cycle through the different roations?

does it have to do with the format? something in the settings? or just dumb luck? because it'd be nice to rotate it since when I hold it in the "normal" position I like to use the volume keys to scroll (like in the browser), and when I have to use the d-pad I prefer to hold it "sideways".

But either way, thanks for this prog

Just dumb luck! But now I know what is the problem before. Rotation support not work properly when transparency activated in the viewer. I have disabled it to make the toolbar look better but it work more than I expected Don't worry, still keep the transparency in another dialog. FBReader have a full custom settings. If something goes wrong, delete FBReader's home directory!

what do you mean its home directory? the config file? because I get the impression if I erase everything it might not work =p
oh, and how do I disable the transperency? in the config file I suppose?
(I am not looking for that stuff right now, I'm enjoying reading a book so I don't want to close the reader, in part as to not lose my spot )

I mean /mmc/mmca1/.system/QTDownLoad/fbreader/home directory, if you installed FBReader on the memory card.
Rotation support work properly in the next release. Please wait... You can still read a good free e-book from Project Gutenberg.
