native linux applications with cygwin or gnude under windows

how i can compile native applications for a780 under cygwin or gnude?

I was succesfuly setup ezx-crosstool for A780 and can create HelloWorld on EZX by Sam Revitch's crosstool & ezx-sdk on fedora core 5. but on cygwin (1.5.9) ezx-crosstool cannot create from some error. I'll try it later.
