have you succssfully installed linloader first? generally usbnet.lin needs linloader to work, i supposed it could be made to work directly with the right adjustment to the plug card db file, but it seems like the safest and most useful is to focus on linloader first. from there the options really open up...
lin loader can't run in 1200.
but you can write the *.lin like usblin.lin and run it on desktop
write a lin file installad like mpkg file
I had install usblan driver .but can't telnet
the usbnet.lin not need linloader.but must change the sd CardRegistry ,and change the Exec = ??
evey mpkg must install once .
well that's good news, how did you find this out? are you saying that you can install mpkg files by default?
can you post your usbnet.lin script that you are trying to get to run (i cannot get anything from the links you posted above)
the usbnet.lin
#!/bin/bash
echo MotNet > /proc/motusbd
okay, its what i thought it was. how did you find out that you can install it via mpkg installer and that it should work?
you might want to alter it to include another echo statment to verify that it is getting executed, for example the line "ls -laR > /diska/filelist.txt" should verify that the file was executed (by the existance of /diska/filelist.txt) as well as let you see the file sctructure of the phone so that we can compare it to the existing e680/a780 phones.
i'm a bit confused, in the card db record above you have "usbnet.lin" as the exec and msn.mpkg as the mpkg file, what does one have to do with the other? what is the msn.mpkg file?
first you install the msn.mpkg file .second copy the usbnet to the mpkg Directory ,change the SD CardRegistry file
Exec = usbnet.lin
