Finger scroll like HTC possible?

Hello all,

I was wondering if its possible to have a finger based scrolling like the one they have on the HTC Touch phones? I don't think it requires capacitative touch like the iPhone cos all HTC phones use the same touch screen. It would make scrolling a lot more easier.

Its not possible to implement it in the phone's own menu lists. But yes it is possible to make an application, much like a shell which could have this feature. However the downside is that since it will be running over the phone's own UI, it will consume quite a lot of battery.

qtopia 4.4 (with webkit browser) handle this.
Unfortunatly Muromec, tmp_do and their team have had problems with it...(fb) So they actually use 4.3.x...

Err, again some qtopia' ads !!

Just to correct myself, Qtopia 4.3 handles this, i can scroll like this on my flashed A1200!

So... try this or pictureflow
