@pascal
is this a second release you recieved from Motorola? (thanks again for sharing!!)
yes it is
i got it by motorola without ordering it. but this time i got a headset 850 additional. so the tax and fees i had to pay again (~€33)are not so hard
i have looked shortly inside, and there are a lot of files with date of 2005-12-02, perhaps new ones.
i am interested if there are sources we missed in last package. like bootloader, bluettooth etc...
sorry for beeing so quite last months![]()
I had try to load this brandnew )) kernel with flashkit to /dev/mtdblock1 (cp zImage /dev/mtdblock1) but then i restart the phone and get it from /dev/mtdblock1 the kernel was same as oldone. Who are succefuly replace the kernel? Any tips or triks?

Why??? ))))
i had compiled and flashed my e680i with this kernel. for testing i turned on the loop device and it works. now i wanna to turn on the jffs2 support and try to make rootfs writable...
That would truly be awesome.
