"Report bad post/thread" functionality?

Isn't there a possibility to add bad post/thread reporting functionality? Many forums has such option. Every post has an additional button which allows to report bad post/thread to moderators/admins with appropriate comment from the user. This would help current moderators to maintain forums clean.

For example there are threads in a780 forum asking if this new layout is better than old etc. I would like to report such thread because it has nothing to do with a780 forum (such question should be posted here not there).

Functions will be added on later in phase 4 of our project. We are now currently porting over the older contents to another CMS. Phase 1 has just completed, which is porting from DragonflyCMS to phpBB.

Site will have some errors from time to time because of tweaks here and there. Don't be alarmed, just return a few hours later.
