I have found a similar program to motoguard for our E6/A1200

It is dnhx_alarm , works very similar. Nowadays, it is in chinese language, but i will translate it soon to english/spanish.

Heh...block the thief is work only on E2, i mean, the GUI. The script itself might work on other phone, but just maybe.
