Here you go: http://teavuihuang.com/android/ install the SE version, the touch screen does'nt work, but maybe the jar can be edited to work, have'nt tried though.

I have no idea what this app actually is, I think swifty mightbe able to shed some light on it . It looks to me like a java app made to look like android
