Hum, srry for the delay, i'm quite busy those days...
I guess you need to flash the "battery-fix", found by Keta122.
    Or a desktop battery charger
I attached the battery fix, you are supposed to telnet or ssh into the phone and send some commands to it via your computer ( with some software to telnet, ssh.). This will flash the phone again at some areas....

Well this will depend on your firmw...
Some fw don't have telnet, so you need to install it on the phone, then use the telnet sofware on the pc as well, thus it should be included in windows XP
if you have XP, set your phone's USB connection to "USBnet"**, just press" start" >then "run" > then type "cmd" .
You will go to the command line windows, and here you can launch telnet ( type "telnet 192.168.X.X" then [enter]) and finally, on the type the "dd if=XX of=/dev/XXX" commands.
Replace the X with the correct values you have on your setup/ fw.

**If you don't have USBnet , choose "modem" then read the tuto: Get a shell - OpenEZX , it will explain you how to place the right AT+mode=13 command to activate usbnet mode.

there is also my A910 tuto for SSH ( ssh is the same as telnet, it is just a little different on a security point of view, transferts are encrypted) .

There are A1200 guide to telnet around the forum, they should work to connect an A910, ( if you are in doubt somewhat, just ask here...):

Maybe you could find more infos or help with a simple "guide to telnet a1200" googling, but i think it suffice to launch you into the stuff, you can go and then re-ask here any question if you got any prob...

    Have fun!

(btw, while you will be at repairing and creating a telnet session, you may run out of batteries, so i suggest you to have a look at ebay, for either a desktop BT60 charger, or a "universal keychain or keyring tiny usb battery clip charger" (sorry, it's the most common names of items like that Mini USB Universal Battery Charger Keyring Key Chian - eBay (item 250460145998 end time Aug-06-09 10:36:50 PDT) )>> they sell thousands of these and that could do the trick for less than 3 USD!!
