The A910 is the E895 with WiFi. I think the E895 is oficially dead.

I have a n00b question .
How can I download the photos from the phone A910?
Do I need any special software to do that?

You can either set your phone to act like an usb drive, (IIRC settings, phone setting, usb mode, usb storage or something like that), or:
Download "motorola phone tools" or "MPT" > a great suite of software that allow you to sync with windows and if you set it in setting (synchronize setting) it download everything new on your phone into separated folders on my documents (my images, etc...).

PS: for photos/ recording in the internal memory, the simpler is to use MPT.
