Themes And Software for A780

I have just purch. MOTO. A780. How can i install oher themes and other software, please guide me. If anybody have some developed software for A780 like mtf installer, Fm radio, A780 file browser, folder lock or, file encrypted/decrypted with password and developed themes for A780.
