Newbie with A780

Hi guys. Just got my A780 and the phone is great. I encountered a small problem though. When I close the flip the keypad auto locks. I try to unlock it but the button with the asterix (*) does not respond. Is there a setting I have to change in the phone?

are you sure the key (*) isnt bad. looks to me like its a hardware problem. there is no setting to control it except stop auto keypad lock Setup > AutoKeyLock
