    Default A780 - usage of j2me applications.

    I am planning to buy Moto A780. But Please any one let me know, is that possible to use J2ME applications in this phone.... i mean installing *.jad and *.jar files.

    Please help me out

    yes, its possible to install java (*.jar, *jad) applications

    Although it's possible, there are many applications which don't work well because of the fact that there aren't normal buttons when A780 is opened.

    How long the battery last. This is my main concern, because motorola phone charge die out quickly.

    Is that we can apply themes for this phone. I tried searching the net for A780 themes, but not able to find. Thanks

    battery lasts beetween 1 and 3 days.

    Yes, the User interface is skinnable, you can install and change themes, but this feature is not officially supported by motorola it has been done by hackers of the community

    Battery life is not great (considering the screen size, I think it's quite reasonable). But the phone can be charged by plugging it into a USB port on the pc or laptop (not in standby mode). So, no worries about running out of battery and forgetting to bring the charger with you.
