At start i want to tell you sorry for my bad english...


I got my a780 first day, it is asian version, and it dont have gps.
How can i check my firmware version ??

i search for the newstest unbranded version of firmware for this phone.

and another question , how to instal firmware, what progs i need.

Hi Brestinder,

To tell which firmware version you have, have for instance a look at http://wiki.openezx.org/Original_firmware_versions.

You can find unbranded firmware in the Downloads section of this forum. How to flash it can be found in the (long) Latest Firmware: R52_G_0D.76.A1R_0D.C0.B1P thread in this forum.

Note that is very unlikely that you will be able to enable GPS by reflashing the unit...

hello,

i just try to flash my phone... but Pst has crashed in half of prococes, my phone is now crap with chaos on the screen... pc when i conect the phone starts instal usb modem drivers, and thats all...

any ideas how to resurect my phone?
