Its hard to provide much advice without a problem. If you are on a windows platform, you should install the PST as described in:

You shouldn't have too many problems. Just make sure you follow all of the steps - including applying the patch and ini files.

Once installed, start it up and select the flash file you want to flash to.

Connect your phone in Modem mode. PST should detect it and your phone will appear in the bottom right hand corner (it might say Motorola device). Select the phone and the "Flash" button should be come active.

Press the button and sit back and relax.

I've already install PST 7.1.1 but cannot detect my 780. What's problem?

Couple of things to check:
1) have you installed the patches? If not it will search for through WIBU keys.
2) are you in modem mode when you connect?

Apart from that, not sure!

Already install patch, but still not connect with phone. Btw how to search by WIBU keys in control panel? Thks for replying...

yes i have already install the patch too..but the PST still can't detect my A780..can u help??

Put your phone in Product Mode. Let me know if you computer recognizes the hardware.
