i am interested in the german stuff inside, perhaps we can use it for e680i too

this being the latest firmware, is it not possible to update on an a780 from japan, with or without a comfirmed gps chip inside...

Some guys on CCMOVE are testing this firmware with their A780 (Asia version).
The problem they met is the CoPilot Live GPS software failed to run due to missing required files on the TF card (supposed comes with a German A780).

Anybody could help to get a copy of the original TF card?

Ok, I've tested this firmware. I have it running now. Sweet - no branding, no chinese symbols. Opera newer build, gmail finally works.
i was unable to update BP firmware and it's still r52_g_0d.40.b1p. btw what exactly mean BP and AP firmwares?
big shit is that it doesn't have AT+MODE=99 and i'm still unable to telnet to my phone. i was trying mode 11 (cdc) but seems motorola implementation of cdc networking is far from linux implementation.

there are two filmware for R52_G_0D.74.A2R_0D.C0.B1P
one is german one and the one on that torrent is the american one

both of the filmware u need to have copilet map data in ur T-flash card in order to show the map properly i think ...
