how can I flash the phone??

Best is to check which firmware you have. Under Dial type WWW008W.

To get the firmware version:

• Go to your Dial Pad and dial: WWW008W. To make the W tap the menu button at bottom left while in the dial pad, then select insert-->insert wait to make the W .

To get the model number look under the battery for the small sticker.

How to flash (make sure battery is full)
If the phone isn't bootable go in bootloader mode:

phone must be turned off first....
Press down both the Jog dial Button on the left side of the phone and the camera button on the right.......
while holding both those buttons press the power button at the same time...
to turn on the phone and intiate bootloader mode....

Why you want to flash this phone?
I think you bought it used..something is realy confusing.
You have the oldest DSP and I think you have the latest BP for this chip.
Somebody flashed a new firmware to this device which is not recommend if you have problems maybe flash to some R52_G_0D.50.
The sticker tells that you have a european version. But the DSP doesnt fit to it maybe the housing was changed.

I would say if you have no problems leave it like it is otherwise I would try this firmware.

If you flash the device it is your own risk. Sorry that I cant make a clear statement to many missmatches.
