gba/gba vba snes Help plz.. thanks

how come after i dled it and installed and i have roms.. but i cant play..
nothing opens up
i have linloader and neoinstaller already
and i tried restarting and turning it on and installing uninstalling and clicking the icon itself
and clicking the rom itself
and clicking rom with open with..
and nothing works so far..

can anyone help thanks
