Hi friends,

Got a MotoMing A1200 a week ago. Its fine except for one major problem I am facing:

If I keep the flip open for a while (time varies from 30 secs to a few minutes) and do not use the touch screen, the touch screen freezes/hangs. I can use the keys, so the phone does not hang, only the touch screen does not accept any input. I then have to restart the phone.

The problem does not occur if I keep the flip closed. It also does not occur if the flip is open and I am constantly using the touchscreen (even for hours). It happens only when the touch screen is not used for a while and the flip is open.

I tried all settings (backlight/power management/ battery setting etc) but no use. I also got it flashed at the service center with latest software, but no difference.

Does any one have a clue to solving this? Has anybody faced a similar problem with this/other models?
