Linloader & Scripts for A768i

I've made some minor modifications to the linloader mtf to make it compatable with A768i filesystem. Since the filesystem is organised differently, most of the other scripts out there for the E680 also need to be modified for this phone.

Here is the screen capture script package.

Unzip and copy to phone. Click on the mtf to install.

Unfortunately, A786i does not have sleep command so its not of much use. If anyone has a solution do let me know.

The A768 uses a different directory structure. So that means the mtf packages for the E680 will not install on A768 cos the expected destination folders dont exist. All I've done replace the E680 paths with the A768 paths in the mtf and scripts. So all credit goes to the original authors. Thats the tech side.

As far as the users are concerned, YES, they are different cos u cant install the E680 packs on 768. So please upload it in the download section. Thanks.

Need help with linloader.

I installed linloader as per the instruction in readme. Now I do see the a application called linloader However it does not execute any script.
Now tested it with few script and tried to load using linloader.

1. echo some file to temp but nothing happens. (read some where echo is not supported)
2. cat /etc/hosts > /tmp/somefile Nothing happens.

I can execute this script when I telnet to the phone but it does not run directly from phone. Permission seems to be fine on the linloader script.


Ps: I created a symLink to / in /diska/download/mystuff . so Now I have access to full linux files. So I can check /tmp etc.
