There is a cheap CECT OEM A1800 on ebay. What do you think about it? Is it a serious offer?

I bought one and it is completely different than A1600. It looks pretty cheap.

What really surprised: I cannot switch the camera to a resolution higher than 640x480, but near the camera lens is printed: 3MP.
