can 1600 support sync EXCH email using OTA?`

As per the MOTOMING 1600 user guide....this phone does support sync of exchange 2003 emails over the air (OTA)...but i have tried so many times but .....i always get a message that couldnt connect to sync server......
i need help very badly....i talk to motorola ppl but they dont even dont know much about this.....
HELP ME OUT......which SETTING IS MISSING......???
I CHECKED FROM MY IT team and all setting are fine...but why the phone is not able to connect to sync server of MS Exchange 2003.......

Now i have started plucking my hairs and i have very less spare.......

Is there anybody that has sync motming 1600 with either gooogle calendar or, outlook?

I Have given up after so many tried .
MOTOROLA claims that you can only sync your calender OTA.
EMAIL OF EXCH 2003 cannot be sync by OTA.....
AS SIMPLE AS THAT............
